A journey of over a year is yielding fruits, as we launched the new CarPaddy web app. It is a completely new app with much more powerful functionalities in preparation for our mobile app.
Along the line, we did some database migrations, so we ask that you don’t panic if you are not able to log into your account, simply “Reset your Password” on the login page and everything should be fine.
What are the things you can enjoy with the new app;
- A better prediction of processing time of your documents
- A. new and powerful vehicle widget that allows you to do more with your vehicle. On the dashboard, just click on the meatballs / ellipsis (…) menu button at the top right of any vehicle widget and see for yourself
- For our Lagos customers, you can now select your preferred VIS testing location from inside the app
- There is a new dashboard for driver’s licenses where you can view and manage your driver’s licenses.
- Better processing and order tracking to give you timely and informative updates about your order and delivery and so much more
